Refunds are only applicable before project development begins

Once work has started or digital services (such as ads or designs) are delivered, refunds cannot be issued

If the project is canceled by the client midway, only the portion of uncompleted work may be refunded at our discretion

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 business days
